This modern two-bedroom apartment is on the top floor of a portered building block in central London close to Paddington and Marylebone. There is a large open plan living area overlooking all of London with a kitchen and countertop seating. There is a modern bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double sink, and plenty of space to store all your things.
The flat is on the top floor (12th) of a portered building block with a lift. However please note that the main lift in the building is undergoing maintenance work which means guests will only be able to get to the 11th floor by a lift and will need to use the stairs for one floor to the 12th. There are modern lighting and appliances throughout and fantastic views of London!
The well-appointed living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay, and also features a dining table that can seat up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, it is fully stocked with all cooking utensils allowing you to prepare your favorite quick snacks or gourmet meals. The bright bedrooms are equipped with two double size beds. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a free-standing shower.

The flat is about a 7-minute walk away from Edgware Road Station (Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines) and an 8-10 minute walk away from Marble Arch station (Central line). Between these two stations, you can easily access pretty much any part of central London. Furthermore, you are a less than 15-minute walk away from Paddington Station, so if you’re coming by the Heathrow Express, this flat would be very conveniently located!
There is so much of central London on your doorstep that you are spoiled for choice here! From the large variety of Middle Eastern kebab shops and hookah spots on Edgware Road to the refined shops of Marylebone High Street, you are within walking distance from a huge number of fantastic areas. Walk down to Marble Arch and across to Hyde Park, or go up to Oxford Street for all the shopping you could want. Check out Bernadi’s for delicious Italian food and drinks, or sample some amazing cocktails at the Zetter Townhouse in Marylebone. If you’re into art, the fantastic Wallace Collection is about a 10-minute walk away and is far less frequented than some of the museums. There is something for everyone in this location and it’s easy to get to a huge variety of restaurants, bars, and activities!
