This 1 bedroom basement apartment is situated in Balham.  It is just a 3 minutes walk to Balham Tube and Rail Stations with access to the Northern Line, providing easy access to London’s West End (20 mins direct) and various iconic attractions.  London City and Heathrow Airports are less than an hour drive from the property and London Gatwick 45 minutes by train.

The well-appointed living room overlooks the front terrace and is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay, and also features a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, it is fully stocked with all cooking utensils allowing you to prepare your favorite quick snacks or gourmet meals. The cozy bedroom​ is equipped with a double bed. The apartment also features an ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating and power shower.

Situated just a walk from Balham Tube and Rail with excellent connections into Victoria, the West end, or the City allowing you to reach London's famous areas (Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Westminster Abbey and Harrod’s) the City Centre, and London City and Heathrow Airport very quickly.

The apartment is also located just a short stroll from Clapham and Tooting Commons (parks with bandstands, ponds and occasional large scale concerts in summer)  Tooting Market is within easy reach (historic indoor market now modernized with funky stalls and mini-restaurants) as is Battersea Park, a beautiful Victorian park on banks of River Thames with children's zoo, boating lake, cricket fields and very good cafe/restaurant.

Balham is full of cafes, restaurants and boutique stores and in case you want to spend your evening in one of the numerous restaurants and bars, these are just a few minutes walk away. We can suggest M*LK and Brickwood Cafe, which are great for brunch and breakfast; Wicked Vegan, amazing for vegan and vegetarian fast food options; Lamberts, for Modern European fine Dining; Caminata, an excellent Italian; and many more such as Indian Room, award-winning Indian Food to eat in or take away, Megans, Arlos Modern steak restaurant and Taro for Japanese. We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:

1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Space. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Space is open every day from 8 AM until 9 PM).

2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly.

3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 9 PM, a fee is applicable.
