Welcome to your second home - a stylish and bright fifth-floor corner apartment in Kennington with a magnificent view, that can comfortably accommodate up to two people.
This smoke-free property features a living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen-living area opening onto a lovely balcony, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. WiFi and a Smart TV with Freeview channels are also included.
The living room has a very comfortable 'Loaf' sofa and coffee table, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay. The dining table seats two people and can be expanded to seat four. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare favorite snacks or gourmet meals. The bright bedroom is equipped with a king-size Heals bed and Vi-Spring mattress and has a blackout blind. The bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower.

The flat has great tube connections: Kennington is ten minutes walk (Northern Lines) and Vauxhall is 12 minutes' (Victoria Line), providing you with easy access to all London landmarks. There are several bus routes on the doorstep, and for the adventurous, plenty of 'Santander Cycles' for hire.
The apartment is ideally located for exploring London on foot. Five minutes' stroll down Black Prince Road takes you to Beaconsfield Art Gallery, with ultramodern art and a lovely vegan cafe. Just beyond is the Thames, and the Tamesis Dock barge, a quirky cafe on a boat with views across the river to the Houses of Parliament and the Tate Modern, both easily accessible across Lambeth Bridge. Or stay on the South Bank: turn right to Waterloo and the London Eye via the Garden Museum (great cafe!), or turn left to explore the astonishing transformation of Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station, with the beautiful Battersea Park beyond. You can walk to Covent Garden in about half an hour. Ten minutes up Kennington Road (past more good pubs!) takes you to the Imperial War Museum.
Near the flat are plenty of excellent, idiosyncratic eateries. Visit the Kennington Tandoori for great curries and politician-spotting. Sally Blacks is an outstanding bakery/cafe for morning pastries and coffee. The Tommyfield is a funky gastropub serving up great British cuisine and stand-up comedy. Rent boules from the Prince of Wales pub and play in elegant, historic Cleaver Square. The Duchy Arms is a local gem with superb food. Towards Vauxhall, the Tea House Theatre does perfect brunch, cakes, and quirky evening events. Brunswick House serves up fabulous cocktails and food among antiques in an unexpected location on Vauxhall roundabout.
For groceries, there is a Tesco Express right next to the flat, and a huge Tesco supermarket a couple of minutes' walk up the road.

We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:
1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Space. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Space is open every day from 8 AM until 9 PM).
2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly.
3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 9 PM, a fee is applicable.
