Welcome to your second home! This amazing 2-bedroom flat is located a 5 minutes’ walk away from Earl’s Court Tube Station, which itself provides an easy access to the City and many of its renowned landmarks. The flat is on the ground floor of a typical London building, with no lift, perfect for you to experience your stay like a real Londoner. It can accommodate up to 5 people and will be perfect for families or larger groups.
This typical London property is equipped with all essential fixtures including a TV, fully-equipped kitchen, large storage spaces, mirrors and two unique beautiful decorative fireplaces. It is the perfect balance between modern and traditional old style.
There is a spacious kitchen which serves as a dining area as well, ideal for you to relax after a long day of sightseeing and enjoy a home-cooked meal. The full fittings in the kitchen, as well as the cooking utensils and the ample space for storage will make you want to test your cooking skills. There is a dishwasher, an oven, a modern gas stove, microwave and a tea kettle. The dining area can sit up to 5 people which is perfect for a family or convivial dinner.
The master bedroom is very spacious, what a luxury in London! The room is very bright and homey, with enough storage space to store away your belongings. There is a convertible single sofa bed which can be added next to the double bed. The large, airy curtains covering floor-to-ceiling windows will give you a very majestic feel. Our favourite part about this room? The traditional fireplace, which adds a special touch to the bedroom. Nevertheless, please do not attempt to light it up! :)
The second bedroom is the definition of homelike: you will feel it as soon as you step in! Although much cozier than the master bedroom, it contains enough storage space to put away your belongings. This bedroom has the en-suite modern bathroom, which is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead. You will need to enter this bedroom to have access to this bathroom, but there is a separate toilet in the hallway.
We advise our guests that the washing machine and the tumble dryer are located in the basement of the building, reachable by following a staircase and in a common area shared with a work office. Therefore, we kindly inform our guests that they must only access these facilities anytime during the weekend and after 6pm during the week in order not to disturb the office staff.
Earl’s Court is an amazing place to experience your stay as a true Londoner! It is beautiful and typical, you will be close to touristic sightseeings and yet at the heart of London vibe. It is full of grocery shops, pubs and restaurants, for sure you will enjoy this lovely neighborhood!

**Please do not attempt to set the fireplace, it is not functional and it poses a hazard to the entire property.**
**Washing Machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the basement of the building and can be used by guests. Guests will have access through the door in the corridor. Any other premises on the basement floor are not to be used by guests.**
** Please note that the fire alarm is extremely sensible. Steam cooking, lighting the fireplace and/or candles will cause a fire alarm.**
**There is no living room in this property.**

Situated in the heart of Earl's Court, this fine flat is ideally located 5 minutes away from Earl’s Court Underground Station. At this station, you can use the District and Piccadilly lines which will allow you to reach London’s most famous areas (South Kensington, Notting Hill, Chelsea) and the city centre very quickly.
If you want to find a place to eat and share a nice moment with your friends or family, we highly recommend the Blackbird, famous for its homemade pies, or the Scarsdale Tavern, a delicious typical British pub!
Otherwise, after a long day of sightseeing, it is the great time to enjoy local bars with Londoners. This is why we suggest you go to The Troubadour, long-standing coffee institution and bar, also serving as a music venue, where Jimi Hendrix played his first UK gig!
To discover London heritage, you can also visit several museums like the Natural History Museum, Leighton House Museum and Victoria & Albert Hall, which are all located very close to the apartment. You can also check out some contemporary art at the up-and-coming Saatchi Gallery which runs exquisite temporary exhibitions.
This property will provide you with a good start to discover all of London’s main attractions!

We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:
1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Desk in Earl's Court, at 62 Kenway Road, SW5 0RD - next to Earl's Court Underground Station. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Desk is open every day from 9am until 11pm).
2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly.
3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For a check-in after 8pm, a fee is applicable.
