The homely living room is ideal for you to relax after a long day of sightseeing, with its beautiful view over one of the famous London canals. This unique London house is equipped with all amenities, including a TV and comfortable sofa.
Also, the garden can be a perfect escape and relaxing area on sunny days.
The dining area can sit up to 4 people and more if extended, perfect for a family or convivial dinner. The kitchen is very modern and spacious, as well as fully equipped with modern kitchenware and cooking utensils.
The three bedrooms are very modern and comfortable with storage spaces to store away your belongings. The house comes with two bathrooms fitted with a bathtub or shower.
Primrose Hill is a beautiful intimate area just next to Primrose Hill & the great Regents Park. Moreover, the house is next to one of London canals just a few minutes by foot to the heart of Camden Town.

**Please be informed that a housekeeper will be present in the flat within a short period of time every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10 A.M and 1 P.M except from the 16 July to 19 August**
**Guests being registered on the reservation will only be accepted within the apartment. No visitors or friends will be allowed in the property**
**The property comes with sealed cupboards and wardrobes not to be used**

This bright Primrose Hill 3 bedroom house is located close to Camden Town and Regents Park, two great and emblematic landmarks of London.
The property is located just 10 minutes from Camden Town underground station and 7 minutes to the Camden Market. During period of congestion, we would recommend to walk to Mornington Crescent which is 10 mins away from Camden Town station. Camden area is full of stores, cafes, restaurants and a great variety of life! From this house, you can also enjoy the wonderful landscape and gardens that Regents Park has to offer, located only 5 minutes by foot.
If you want to find a place to eat and share a nice moment with your friends or family, the area is filled with places to eat such as the restaurants of Regents Park Road and the Camden Market. Otherwise, after a long day of sightseeing, it is a great time to enjoy local pubs with Londoners.

We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:
1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Space. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Space is open every day from 8 AM until 9 PM).
2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly.
3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 9 PM, a fee is applicable.
